Victoria is a Principal at Houlihan Intellectual Property. She drafts, files and prosecutes Patent, Trade Mark and Design Applications and has over twenty years of experience in the IP Field. She provides innovative expertise in IP prosecution and in dispute resolution, specialising in Patent and Trade Mark Opposition Proceedings and in Intellectual Property Litigation. Her advanced degrees in Biochemistry, Psychology and Law, together with her scientific research and legal experience, assist Clients in navigating through otherwise complex matters.
Victoria previously worked as a Post-Doctoral Research Scientist in the Life Sciences area, an IP consultant, and a Principal of another IP Firm. She is the author of several peer-reviewed research articles and a named inventor on several Patents. Victoria currently serves as the Vice-Chair of the International Trade Marks Law and Practice Committee of the IPO Association.
